RE: 2021 Online Summer E2 Student Spiritual Convocation for Southwest and Northwest Region
Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ:
Hallelujah! Greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Please be informed that the E2 Summer Student Spiritual Convocation for the Southwest and Northwest Region will be held online via Zoom.
Details are as follows: E2 Summer SSC

| Dates | 7/12 (8:00 AM) to 7/16/2021 (2:40 PM) |
| Attendees | Students in Grades 4 to 6 for the 2021-2022 school year |
| Registration Deadline | June 6, 2021 |
Attendees for this convocation must be Elementary 2 (4th, 5th, 6th) students. During the convocation, the attendees will be expected to maintain good focus and attend each class session on time. We also hope that parents will be able to help check-in on students to make sure they are on task.
We ask RE coordinators (or Religious Affairs) to contact families with E2 aged students and send out the link for online registration (https://forms.gle/RNDmc4FvaLgWpSfz8) Please have them complete the registration form before June 6, 2021.
