Please honor the deadline, as sufficient time is needed to finalize the planning of the Bible Camp.
All students must attend full-time (except in special circumstances approved by the Bible Camp coordinators). Any truth seekers who wish to attend the Bible Camp should first seek approval from the local Church Council and then receive final approval from the Bible Camp Coordinators before he/she is officially registered. (One of the criteria for approval is that the truth seeker has been attending RE classes.)
Non-local attendees are encouraged to avoid late flights past 9:00 pm and arrange their flights/transportation in groups for the convenience of pick-up/drop-off. In addition, Vancouver Church can provide accommodation to out-of-town attendees starting Saturday, August 23rd, and ending Thursday, August 28th.
Attendees, parents, and counselors should read the enclosed General Information Sheet prior to the convocation.
